Registration Dates
Sign-Up dates are set for our 2009 Football and
Cheerleading Season.
Sign-Ups will be held for all levels of competition.
Flag Football and Cheerleading (5 & 6 year olds)
Pony Football and Cheerleading (7 8 9 year olds)
Midget Football and Cheerleading (10 11 12 yr olds)
Tuesday May 12th 2009 6-8pm JT High School
Wednesday May 13th 2009 6-8pm JT High School
Thursday May 14th 2009 6-8pm JT High School
Saturday May 16th 2009 10am-Noon JT High School

$35.00 participation fee. CASH ONLY. No checks will be accepted.
Please bring a copy of your child's birth certificate with you when you sign him or her up.
